Setup is as simple as 1-2-3...

Step 1: Download

After you have setup your Macro Security (see video above), select the application(s) you want to download and it will usually be saved into your PC's Downloads Folder.

Step 2: Save

Copy or Cut the file from the Downloads folder and paste into a "Trusted Folder" (see video above). Alternatively, right click the file in the Folders List and view Properties, then select "Unblock".

Step 3: Open

Double-click on the file to open in the normal way. When asked if you want to "Enable Content", say YES and the Macros will be run the initialisation procedure, plus provide the core worksheet functionality.

Operating System

Blind.Expert applications are all MS Excel based and will only reliably work on Microsoft 365 software platform. Some applications are compatible with earlier versions, as noted in the product details.

Subscription

Access to download the range of Blind.Expert applications is provided on a subscription basis, either monthly, or annual. The subscription entitles to user to access and download as many of our applications as they wish, there is no limit! In general, almost all applications are accessible using the standard subscription, with the only exception being where some Manufacturers have asked us to gate access so they can provide it for their customers. Otherwise, every application that is loaded on our website is accessible to download with the basic subscription.

Updates and Support

We have done a lot of work to ensure that updates can be sent to Users and they can replace an older version workbook with a newer version with almost zero interruption. All workbooks have inbuilt backup and Restore for User parameters, making easy work of updates!

Apple PC's

So far, we have not done any specific developments for our applications to run on Apple PC's. This is something we will address over time. If you only run Apple, then we suggest you try it, but you must be using the latest version of M365.

How to access Support?

Once again, we have done a lot of work to provide adequate user support for our applications. Available support options include Instruction Tabs inbuilt into each workbook, comprehensive support video library, website Chatbot (try it!) and lastly booked support calls on Zoom/Teams meetings for when nothing else seems to work. All workbooks are also fitted with Update notifications, telling users when a new version of that workbook is available.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers can cancel at any time and the cancellation will apply from the end of the current subscription period.
