Tube Strength Analyser (Generic)

This analyser calculates tube deflection for any size roller blind/shade, with numerous fabrics pre-loaded, advising the User of likely maximum deflection (mm and % of span), plus if they will need to upgrade to next tube size. Users can easily add their own tubes, clutches, spring assists, base rails and fabrics, which then become selectable for analysis. The workbook also calculates chain pull forces based upon blind/shade size, fabric selection and base rail type, advising when a spring assist will be required to maintain maximum chain pull force, plus how many pre-turns should be applied to the spring assist for optimal operation.
