Fabric Nesting Optimiser

The Fabric Nesting Optimiser allows users to enter a large number of different size skins or shades, including in multiples, then optimise their positioning within fabric rolls of different widths for least offcut or waste. The optimiser allows users to enter the available roll widths to maximum of 4, after which the optimiser will run layout optimisation for each roll width and present users with a tabular and graphical display of the optimal layout. The user has the ability to set several parameters that determine how the calculation will operate, including the level of packing (loose, medium and tight), component deductions, minimum gaps between cut skins, edge allowances for clamping and several more. If the user has Ultracut cutting table machinery in their factory, then the optimiser can also provide output files on USB thumb drives to be directly loaded into the machine controller.
