Fabric Nesting Optimiser

The Fabric Nesting Optimiser allows users to enter a large number of different size skins or shades (max 1000), including in multiples, then optimise their placement positioning within fabric rolls of different widths for least offcut or waste. The optimiser allows users to enter max 4x roll widths, then the optimiser will run layout optimisation for each width option and present users with a tabular and graphical display of the optimal layout. The user has the ability to set several parameters that determine how the calculation will operate, including the level of packing density (loose, medium and tight), component deductions, minimum gaps between cut skins, edge allowances for clamping and several more. The user can also choose to allow Rail-Roading of some skins to further optimise the cutting yields.
